The Call aims to support micro, small and medium-sized businesses in the valorisation of designs and models through benefits granted in the form of a capital contribution.
Beneficiary
- MSME – Micro Small and Medium Enterprises with registered and operational headquarters in Italy
- Owners of a design/model registered with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) or the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
The design/model must be registered starting from 1 January 2021 and in any case prior to the submission of the application for participation and be valid.
What it finances
The project must concern the valorisation of a single design/model or one or more designs/models belonging to the same multiple deposit.
The design/model, as defined above, can be the subject of only one application for participation.
The design/model which is the subject of the application must not have already been supported by the Disegno+2, DiDimini+3, DiDimini+4, DiDimini+ 2021, DiDimini+ 2022 calls for tenders.
Only one application per company can be facilitated.
The notice facilitates what is represented and protected with the registration of the design/model. What is not represented in the perspectives attached to the deposit is not subject to relief, nor what concerns any functional and performance aspects.
The project must be completed within 9 months of notification of the provision granting the relief.
Facilitation
80% non-repayable contribution
- Maximum amount of the benefit 60,000 euros (without prejudice to the limits for each type of expense).
- Advance payment up to a maximum of 50% of the contribution.
Expenses allowed:
The project must include the acquisition of external specialist services aimed at enhancing a design/model for its production and/or for its offering on the market.

Delivery
The provision of the benefit takes place at the end of the project following the positive verification of the final documentation of the expenses incurred, ascertained on the basis of the invoices, the achievement of the project objectives and the contribution regularity certified by the Single Contribution Regularity Document (DURC).
