With this call, the FonARCom interprofessional fund finances continuous training activities for member companies located throughout the national territory.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies participating in FonARCom can propose Training Plans from the moment they are included in the Plan.
The following are eligible:
– Companies participating in the Training Account tool (corporate/closed aggregate/network);
– Companies belonging to a Business System authorized by FonARCom in the Training Plans presented by their SDI Owner.
What does it predict
The macro themes of intervention of the Notice are:
1. Continuous training for safety and prevention in the workplace, with particular attention to the psycho-physical protection of the worker in compliance with his duties and the contractual role assumed. The topic takes into account, in particular, all those situations which by their nature are more exposed to risk factors and therefore require certain safety procedures also with environmental impact;
2. Continuous training for the adaptation of the worker's professional skills in general and with particular attention to the theme of innovation and use of modern technologies, to the introduction of organizational and productivity techniques and practices such as to allow a correct balance between performance and investments;
3. Continuous training for the alignment of company skills in terms of internationalization, with particular attention to a European vision of the labor market and production environments such as to guarantee an effective positioning ability in the broader international contexts.
