Contribution for corporate training projects. Regulation 651/2014 “exemption”. The Employment Agency of the Autonomous Province of Trento finances private employers and entrepreneurs who organize professional development and updating training courses aimed at supporting particular business processes. The professional development and updating training courses must pursue the following objectives: - the development of the professional skills of the workforce involved in the production processes; - the increase in the qualitative profiles of human capital, thus supporting the increase in factor productivity and the strengthening the competitiveness of businesses; - the diffusion of the practice of continuous training activities in the local production system; - the complementarity between continuous training interventions financed by the public body and interventions supported by the Interprofessional Funds; – coherence between areas of competence/training investment for employees and sectors of specialization on which the local development strategy is based; - the improvement of the health and safety of workers in the workplace, with contents in addition to the obligations established by the directives community, from the national and provincial legislation on the matter; - the strengthening of the skills of newly hired workers, in order to facilitate their productive inclusion. Who is it aimed at?
The incentive is aimed at: - employees (including laid-off workers) and collaborators of private employers, excluding home workers and young people in professional apprenticeships, limited to the topics contained in the PIF; - owners, including legal representatives, or worker members (even in a dominant position) of artisan businesses and/or micro and small businesses; spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they work as employees or family collaborators; - working members of a cooperative society, including those who carry out the role of legal representative; - individual entrepreneurs, spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they operate as employees or family collaborators. Employees must have established an employment contract lasting more than 6 months.
What does it predict
The maximum expected contribution is €3,000.00 per participant and is payable subject to reaching the minimum attendance of 80% of the number of hours expected for each participant. Needs analysis/training planning, course management. The cost items relating to teaching, needs analysis/training planning and course management are recognised, exclusively for external staff, according to the maximum limits, parameters and methods specified below in the implementation provisions of the intervention. 5.1.4B. Compared to the maximum contribution envisaged by the intervention, the maximum intensity of aid pursuant to art. 31 of Reg. 651/2014 is equal to 50% for large companies, 60% for medium-sized companies and 70% for small companies.
