Who is it aimed at?
The initiative is aimed at: - employees (including laid-off workers) and collaborators of private employers, excluding home workers and young people in professional apprenticeships, limited to the topics contained in the PIF; - owners, including legal representatives, or worker members (even in a dominant position) of artisan businesses and/or micro and small businesses; spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they work as employees or family collaborators; - working members of a cooperative society, including those who carry out the role of legal representative; - individual entrepreneurs, spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they operate as employees or family collaborators. Employees must have established an employment contract lasting more than 6 months.
What does it predict
The maximum contribution is €3,000.00 per participant and is payable subject to reaching the minimum attendance of 80% of the number of hours expected for each participant. needs analysis/training planning, course management.
