The contribution for individual training outside the company consists of a contribution aimed at supporting professional updating, also aimed at the acquisition of new technologies, production, management and management methods. Who is it aimed at?
The initiative is aimed at private employers, individual entrepreneurs, self-employed workers and freelancers who sign up, or enroll one of their employees or collaborators, in a collective training course organized by a body external to the company. Employees must have established an employment contract lasting more than 6 months.
What does it predict
A contribution is expected from a minimum amount of €500 to a maximum of €2,500 for each approved training course. University courses (including level I and II masters), courses for licenses above B, for CQC and for inspection control center inspector are also eligible.
