Granting to Third Sector Bodies, pursuant to article 8, paragraph 48, of regional law 22/2022, of contributions to relieve the costs incurred for the purchase of category M1 and M2 motor vehicles, as classified by the legislative decree of 30 April 1992, n. 285 (New Highway Code), and subsequent amendments, set up for the transport of people with disabilities, frail people, people with limited self-sufficiency or the elderly

Who is it aimed at?

The ETS registered in the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) identified in article 4 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, n. can benefit from the contributions provided for in article 1. 117 (Third Sector Code) having their registered office or operational unit in the regional territory and having as their statutory objectives the protection and social promotion of people with disabilities, frail people, those with limited self-sufficiency or the elderly.

What does it predict

The following initiatives are the subject of the contribution: a) costs incurred for the purchase of category M1 vehicles, as classified by Legislative Decree 285/1992, set up for the transport of people with disabilities, frail people, people with limited self-sufficiency or elderly.b) costs incurred for the purchase of category M2 vehicles, as classified by Legislative Decree 285/1992, set up for the transport of people with disabilities, frail people, people with limited self-sufficiency or elderly people. The vehicles in question must be new from the factory, with CO2 emissions not exceeding 135g/km, Euro 6 class or higher. Vehicles must be registered in Italy prior to the submission of the grant application. Expenses incurred solely for the adaptation of the vehicle to the purposes described above are not eligible for the contribution.
