To owners and holders of other real or personal rights of enjoyment on agricultural land, included in zones E of the municipal planning instruments, in which land reorganization plans promoted by land reclamation consortia have been implemented.
What does it predict
The contribution is granted in an amount equal to 80 percent of the admitted expenditure, with the one-stop procedure according to the conditions and limits set out in Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023. The admitted expenditure cannot exceed 6,500 euros per hectare.
