The Municipality of Rocca Santa Maria intends to facilitate the establishment of new commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities within its territory by granting a one-off non-refundable economic contribution that can stimulate the town's economy.
Who is it aimed at?
Natural persons, legal persons and companies that intend to start commercial, artisanal or agricultural activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Rocca Santa Maria or commercial, artisanal or agricultural activities already established and registered in the Register can apply and benefit from the contribution. of companies that intend to start a new operational unit in the Municipality itself. The beneficiaries, therefore, are the "New Economic Activities" that undertake commercial and artisanal activities as identified by the art. 6 of the Abruzzo LR n. 23/2018 or direct sales of its agricultural products pursuant to art. 4 of the Legislative Decree. 228/2001 through an operational unit in a fixed and permanent location located in the territory of the Municipality of Rocca Santa Maria.
What does it predict
The benefit consists in the granting of a non-repayable contribution, against a spending budget freely composed of the expenses deemed eligible and will be determined on the basis of the number of requests deemed eligible and reweighted as a percentage of the investment to be made. The provision of incentives to the applicant is subject to the actual transfer of the operational headquarters or the start-up of the new commercial, artisanal or agricultural activity, to be completed within 30 days of the publication of the ranking. For the purposes of calculating the amount of aid that can be granted and determining the costs deemed eligible, referring to the type of aid referred to in this Notice, the amounts recognized in the concession and liquidation provisions are gross of any tax or other charge . There is no minimum investment threshold to access the contribution. Any savings in the reporting phase may be distributed proportionally to those entitled, guaranteeing full use of the sums available.
