Public notice for the granting of contributions for the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets of the Municipality of Santomenna to be granted on free loan to natural or legal persons for the opening of commercial, artisanal or professional activities in the aforementioned territory for the 2022 year.
Who is it aimed at?
The following can benefit from the contributions: - businesses regularly registered in the Business Register of the local Chamber of Commerce (for craft activities registration in the Register of Craft Businesses is required) which are not in liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors; - legal entities; - natural persons; who undertake "new economic activities" through the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets of the Municipality of Santomenna assigned on free loan for use. By "new economic activities" we mean the opening of new commercial, artisanal or professional activities in the aforementioned territory, in particular: i. activities established after the publication of the notice;ii. companies which at the time of submission of the application are duly established and registered in the Business Register and which undertake a new economic activity after the publication of the notice through the activation of new and additional ATECO codes;iii. already existing activities that start a new economic activity in the municipal area through a new and specific production unit.

The benefit consists in the granting of contributions for the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets of the Municipality of Santomenna to be granted on free loan for use.
