Announcement for the payment of contributions for the valorisation and promotion of the tourism sector promoted by the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce. In particular, the announcement implements MEASURE A: Support for tourism promotion services in the area and for services aimed at tourism businesses.
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at tourist consortia/consortium companies whose exclusive or prevalent object is tourism, which present the following requirements: a) registered office and/or local units in the territorial district of the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce; b) be active and in rule with registration in the Company Register; c) be up to date with the payment of the annual fee; d) have fulfilled the contribution obligations and are in compliance with the regulations on health and safety at work referred to in the Legislative Decree. 9 April 2008, n. 81 and subsequent amendments and additions; e) pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree 95 of 6 July 2012, converted into Law 7 August 2012, n. 135, not have existing supplies with the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce; f) be recognized as being of significant regional interest (LR 14/2016); g) have an operational structure; h) be made up of a minimum of 40 companies, of which at least 51% have accommodation capacity. The minimum number of companies is reduced to 20 if the tourist consortium and member companies are located in a mountain municipality; i) the total no. of beds in participating facilities must be equal to or greater than 1,000. This number is reduced to 250 if the tourist consortium is located in a mountain municipality; j) the consortium companies must be small and medium-sized enterprises; k) more than 60% of the consortium companies must have their registered office/local unit in the province of Cuneo and at least 60% of the beds of the participating structures must be located in the province.
What does it predict
The benefit consists in the provision of contributions with a maximum amount of €30,000.00, subject to distribution in the event of insufficient funds. The contribution payable is equal to 50% of the eligible expenses net of VAT (if deductible). In order to be eligible for the contribution, expenses net of VAT must not be less than €10,000.00. The eligible expenses concern the following types of intervention: Tourism promotion services in the area and aimed at tourism businesses:1. promotion and/or animation of walks, itineraries, cycle routes also dedicated to themes (historical, cultural, religious, productive, food and wine);2. promotion of UNESCO sites;3. promotional campaigns (social media, in foreign and/or national press, in other media);4. direct expenses relating to the organization of tourism and promotional initiatives or actions in Italy and abroad, including: - rental and setting up of exhibition spaces; - travel and accommodation expenses with nominative documents addressed to the consortium or to the person appointed by the consortium - employees o administrators (natural persons) - with the exclusion of expenses for meals; - translations and interpreting;5. strategies to support the distribution and sale of the tourism product;6. consultancy services: - to create an image consistent with the identity of the territory and implement suitable communication strategies; - to encourage the digitalisation and environmental sustainability of tourist facilities and increase their accessibility; - to accompany businesses in Italian Hospitality “rating” process.
