The incentive provides for contributions to public bodies and private entities, excluding natural persons, who habitually carry out cultural and territorial promotion activities, through the creation of Arenas and other sites, however named, intended for outdoor events and shows, also through renovation or redevelopment of existing structures, which take into account the ecological-environmental sustainability, logistical and settlement suitability of the projects themselves.
