Things
The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Caserta, in order to encourage the internationalization processes of local businesses, has decided to provide contributions aimed at partially covering the expenses incurred for participation in trade fairs held in Italy and abroad in the period from 1 May 2024 to 31 August 2024.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies with registered office and/or operational headquarters in the province of Caserta, registered in the Business Register kept by the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta, active in the Economic Administrative Repertoire already at the time of submission of the application, carrying out production activities of goods/services and/or transformation, assembly, conception, creation, manipulation, presentation, etc., which serves, in some way, to differentiate the activity from mere commercial intermediation and/or distribution. The intervention is intended to encourage autonomous participation in trade fairs: in Italy, if present in the calendar published annually by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces which can be consulted at http://www.regioni.it in the Economic Development - Fair System section ; abroad. For the purposes of this announcement, only direct participation in fairs is permitted, without the intermediation of public and/or private entities, including participation through the ICE or through special companies of public bodies. Direct and autonomous participation in trade fair initiatives in which the Caserta Chamber of Commerce and/or its special company participate with a collective of provincial companies cannot be the subject of the benefit referred to in this announcement.
What does it predict
For the purposes of determining the contribution and its amount, the following expenses are eligible: - rental of the exhibition area and trade fair services to support attendance at the fair (including the mandatory registration fees for the event and in the catalogue, insurance , stand cleaning, interpreting, hostess service); - exhibition space setup; - shipping, handled by a third party, of the products to be exhibited. The travel, food and accommodation expenses of the staff responsible for attending the fair nor those incurred in any other way do not contribute to the determination of the contribution. When the total amount of eligible expenses does not exceed 2,000.00 euros, the contribution application is inadmissible. The size of the contribution is determined on the basis of the amount that the companies, at the time of submitting the application, expect to bear or declare to have incurred, by compulsorily filling in the appropriate box of the application (if not filled in, the box will be considered as valued with the minimum amount of €2,000.00). The amount of the contribution can be paid up to a limit of 50% of the eligible expenses reported (calculated on the taxable amounts of the invoices). The maximum contribution amount is €10,000.00, paid according to the rules described in the published notice.
