The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Caserta, with the aim of promoting knowledge of Caserta products and their diffusion, and of encouraging the internationalization processes of production companies in the Caserta area, provides contributions aimed at partially covering expenses incurred for participation in fairs in Italy and abroad. This intervention is intended in particular to encourage autonomous participation in trade fair events: - in Italy, if present in the calendar published annually by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces (available at http://www.regioni.it in the section Economic development - Fair System);- abroad. For the purposes of this announcement, only direct participation in fairs is permitted, without the intermediation of public and/or private entities, including participation through the ICE or through special companies of public bodies.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies that have their registered office and/or operational headquarters in the province of Caserta, registered in the Business Register kept by the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta, are active in the Economic Administrative Repertoire already at the time of submission of the application, carry out production activities of goods/services and/or transformation, assembly, conception, creation, manipulation, presentation, etc., which serves, in some way, to differentiate the activity from mere commercial intermediation and/or distribution. If the company does not have its registered office in the province of Caserta, in order to access the benefits it is necessary that the "local unit" present in the provincial territory hosts the production activity, or a phase thereof, as it is not sufficient for the activities to take place there. purely administrative, management or simple filing functions. When the request for contribution comes from a Consortium, the individual consortium companies cannot access the benefit for the same event.
What does it predict
The intensity of the contribution is 50% of the eligible expenses, such as: - rental of the exhibition area and trade fair services to support presence at the fair (including the mandatory registration fees for the event and in the catalogue, insurance, stand cleaning, interpreting , hostess service); - exhibition space setup; - shipping, handled by a third party, of the products to be displayed. Amount of the contribution: - maximum €2,000.00 for companies with operational headquarters (and not registered office) in the province of Caserta - maximum €10,000.00 for companies with registered office in the province of Caserta.
