The incentive is financed by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and provides for the granting of contributions to private individuals, as natural persons or businesses, owners of abandoned industrial or artisanal buildings located in urban areas, in the regional territory.
Who is it aimed at?
The measure is intended for citizens and businesses who own properties to be demolished located in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Private individuals who own, even pro quota, category D1, D7, C2, C3 and C7 properties as: a) natural persons; b) businesses, in compliance with the conditions prescribed by regulation (EU) can apply for the contribution. n. 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18 December 2013 relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to “de minimis” aid, published in the Official Journal of the European Union series L 352/1 of 24 December 2013 .
What does it predict
Granting of a contribution towards demolition costs. Only total or partial demolition interventions of abandoned and registered industrial or artisan warehouses in categories D1, D7, C2, C3 or C7 can be financed. Buildings in which industrial or artisanal production has ceased on the date of submission of the application are considered abandoned. Partial demolition is permitted as long as it entirely affects at least one real estate unit among those indicated above.
