Things

The tender aims to encourage and improve the attractiveness of the commercial offer through specific actions and interventions aimed at encouraging the opening of new local units (commercial, artisanal and tourist-accommodation) in the municipal area of Ville d'Anaunia and contributing also to the reduction of vacant and/or unused premises, as well as the redevelopment of existing activities.

Who is it aimed at?

The contributions will be assigned to subjects, under any legal form, who decide to start, transfer or redevelop the following economic activities in the municipal territory of Ville d'Anaunia and its surroundings: - commercial retail sales activity in a fixed location open to the public; supply activities at least partially attributable to the "made in Italy" culinary (agri-food) tradition with reference to local and regional cuisines (restaurants, pizzerias, taverns, inns with characteristic cuisine); - typical artisanal food production attributable to the Italian gastronomic and confectionery tradition ( gastronomy, bakery, ice cream shop, pastry shop); - productions of local craftsmanship and Italian tradition; - artistic productions/exhibitions (workshops, ateliers, art galleries); - activities in the tourism-hospitality sector.

What does it predict

A contribution of a maximum of 50% of the eligible expenditure and in any case up to a maximum amount of €4,000.00 for each application.

The beneficiaries of the assigned contributions will be obliged, under penalty of revocation of the granted contribution: - to start the business activity or to transfer the business no later than 12 (twelve) months from the date of communication of the provision granting the contribution. Any requests for extensions of the opening times of the premises may be received, for duly justified extraordinary needs, for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months; - to keep the business open within the municipal territory of Ville d'Anaunia for at least three years from the date of new opening or, in the case of an activity already open, from the date of communication of the provision granting the contribution under penalty of revocation of the contribution (except in cases of sub-entry provided that three years of activity are reached from the date of new opening or, in the case of a business already open, from the date of communication of the provision granting the contribution); - in case of possession of the property title, not to change the intended use of the property for at least three years. The activity eligible for contribution must be attributable to a premises characterized by visibility and/or access from public roads and located in the municipal territory of Ville d'Anaunia.
