The Piedmont Region promotes the implementation of interventions to prevent and combat the phenomena of usury, extortion and over-indebtedness, through the establishment of a dedicated Fund to facilitate the access of consumers and eligible subjects to the settlement procedures crisis of over-indebtedness and discharge of the incompetent over-indebted.

Who is it aimed at?

The incentive is aimed at citizens, consumers and businesses in a state of over-indebtedness who have their residence or registered and operational headquarters in the Piedmont area.

What does it predict

The benefit consists in the granting of a non-repayable contribution of Euro 1,200.00 paid in two advances of Euro 600.00 each, to the Crisis Settlement Bodies (OCCs) registered in the Register of OCCs of the Ministry of Justice, for partial coverage of the costs of starting the procedure by the subjects unable to start the procedure reported by the OCC itself. For the debt repayment procedure of the over-indebted (art. 283 of the Code) the non-repayable contribution amounts to 2,000.00 euros paid in two installments of 1,000.00 euros each.
