Announcement for the granting of non-repayable contributions to companies located within the trade district - Year 2023. The Municipality of Morbegno as lead entity of the Widespread Trade District of inter-municipal relevance "Morbegno and Costiera dei Cech: events and shopping" , with this Notice, intends to make specific resources available for the companies of the Municipalities that have joined the project for the two-year period 2022-2024: Morbegno, Ardenno, Cercino, Civo, Mello, Traona and Val Masino, to promote and consolidate the recovery of local economies, also supporting direct investments by economic operators and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries: Companies that satisfy the following requirements can benefit from the contribution: - be MSMEs pursuant to Annex 1 of EU Regulation no. 651/2014;- be registered in the Company Register and be active;- have a local unit, or undertake to open, within the deadline for the conclusion of the tender, a local unit, which is located in one of the Municipalities belonging to the District of Commerce and which: or has a shop window on the street or is located on the ground floor of the buildings or inside the courtyards directly accessible to the public or carries out one of the following activities: - retail sale of goods and/or services - supply of food and drinks - provision of personal services • do not fall within the exclusion field referred to in the art. 1 of EU Reg. n. 1407/2013 “De minimis”; • not have any of the subjects referred to in the art. 85 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2011 n. 159 (so-called Code of anti-mafia laws) for which there are causes of prohibition, forfeiture, suspension pursuant to art. 67 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree. Aspiring entrepreneurs who satisfy the following requirements are also eligible:• have no causes of prohibition, forfeiture or suspension as per art. 67 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2011 n. 159 (so-called Code of anti-mafia laws); • start an economic activity that meets the above requirements within 90 days from the date of publication of the ranking of companies admitted to the tender by the Municipality;
What does it predict
The Notice provides for the granting of non-repayable contributions up to a maximum of 50% and no more than 5,000 euros, for the following interventions: • redevelopment and modernisation, with a view to innovation and sustainability, of already existing activities; • start-up of new activities or opening of new local units, or takeover of a new owner at an existing business. The interventions must: • be carried out at a local unit located within the District area and in possession of the above-mentioned requirements • concern an eligible activity (retail sale of goods and/or services, supply of food and drinks, provision of services to the person)
