The public notice allocates non-refundable contributions for the management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Gazoldo degli Ippoliti, with reference to the 2022 year. The initiative is governed by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020 on distribution, terms, methods of access and reporting of contributions to the municipalities of the internal areas, under the Fund to support economic, artisanal and commercial activities for each of the years from 2020 to 2022, published in the Official Journal no. 302 of 4 December 2020
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005* - which:• carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Gazoldo degli Ippoliti, or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory;• are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application;• they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures.*Pursuant to current legislation, a microenterprise is defined as enterprise that has fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding 2 million euros - a small enterprise is defined as an enterprise that has fewer than 50 employees and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding exceeding 10 million euros who carry out a commercial or artisanal activity who request it and satisfy the conditions set out in this announcement.
What does it predict
The economic support actions may include the following financeable initiatives: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; The maximum amount of the contribution that can be granted for economic activities in compliance with the payment of local taxes or without debt obligations in the towards the Municipality of Gazoldo degli Ippoliti for any reason, as of 31.12.2022, is set at €1,500.00. Otherwise, the maximum amount that can be granted is set at €1,000.00; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including induced technological innovations from the digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for investments intangible, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired. The maximum amount of the contribution that can be granted for economic activities that are up to date with the payment of local taxes or without any outstanding debts towards the Municipality of Gazoldo degli Ippoliti in any capacity, as of 31.12.2022, is set at €2,000, 00. Otherwise, the maximum amount that can be granted is set at €1,500.00.
