The tender allocates resources, granted by the General Directorate for Economic Development, to the "Trade between mountains and lakes" district for the support of interventions carried out by companies, aimed at the development of productive activities, in particular to support: - The maintenance of economic activities; - the opening of new businesses or the relaunch of existing businesses, in particular the recovery and revitalization of historic centres; - the adaptation of sales points to energy saving. In particular, by entrusting trade with the role of animator of the livability and vitality of places, the intention is to propose the revitalization of "historic centres" to raise awareness and support interventions aimed at triggering policies to counter the trend of the depopulation of historic centres, initiating processes of animation and support for occupation to raise awareness of the reuse of currently unoccupied spaces.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this announcement are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (with reference to Annex I of EU Regulation 651/2014 of 17 June 2015), single or associated, which at the date of submission of the application fall into the following categories: 1. Being MSMEs pursuant to the EU Reg. n. 651/2014;2. be registered and active in the Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce and be active at the time of submitting the application and maintain this requirement for 5 years from the granting of the contribution;3. be agricultural businesses that carry out sales activities (for these activities, expenses for cultivation and transformation are not allowed but only for the sale resulting from the Chamber of Commerce certificate);4. in the case of new activities located in buildings/shops with a shop window on the street, previously unoccupied and located mainly in historic centres, the business categories will be extended, also to other economic activities registered in the Business Register, which carry out community service activities also in a fixed location with sale of goods or services;5. have a local unit located within the territorial scope of the Commercial District that satisfies the following conditions:6. carry out catering, administration or direct retail sales of goods and services, with a shop window on the street or located on the ground floor of the buildings (for personal services activities they can participate in the tender even if they do not meet the requirement of having a shop window on the street : the activities can be located on the ground floor of the buildings or inside the courtyards);7. do not fall within the exclusion field referred to in the art. 1 of EU Reg. n. 1407/2013 “De minimis”;8. do not fall among the subjects referred to in the art. 85 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2011 n. 159 (so-called Code of anti-mafia laws) for which there are causes of prohibition, forfeiture, suspension pursuant to art. 67 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree.
What does it predict
The facilitation consists in the support of interventions carried out by companies, aimed at the development of productive activities, in particular to support: • The maintenance of economic activities • the opening of new activities or the relaunch of existing activities in particular the recovery and revitalization of historic centres;• the adaptation of points of sale to energy saving.
