The notice from the Municipality of Bologna is issued in line with the objectives of the PN Metro Plus Program and medium-sized cities in the South 2021-2027 Priority 1 – Digital Agenda and Urban Innovation, Action 1.1.3.1 Urban Innovation, Operation Title: Proximity Economy, CUP : F38C23001560007, and complies with the selection criteria. The Municipality of Bologna intends to guarantee forms of support to active commercial businesses with the intention of enhancing, supporting, strengthening and innovating the neighborhood commercial network, contributing to giving new prominence to the economic activities that are suffering temporary inconveniences due to the construction works of the Tramway line. 

Who is it aimed at?

The Notice is aimed at micro and small businesses, as defined pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 – Annex 1 and in possession of the following requirements at the date of submission of the expression of interest: A) they are registered with the Chamber of Commerce B) carry out economic activity in one of the product categories listed below: - commercial activity in a fixed location, limited to neighborhood businesses; - food and drink administration activities; - craft activities, food and non-food; -service activities; C) have a local unit with a shop window facing the street on the ground floor, or in a kiosk, in the area indicated in the plan attached to this Notice. 

What does it predict

The contributions are granted as a non-repayable benefit, against a spending budget freely composed of capital expenditure and current expenditure. The contributions granted cannot exceed:• for projects presented in aggregate form: up to €10,000 per project; •for projects presented individually by activities whose operation is located in the streets directly affected by the works of the tram route (red in the attached plan), the maximum contribution payable is €5,000 per project; •for projects presented individually by businesses located in the remaining streets (green color in the attached plan): up to €4,000 per project. As a partial reimbursement of the expenses incurred for the removal/movement of Type B and/or C dehors, and/or related to the relocation of kiosks interfering with the tram works, a reimbursement of up to a maximum of €2,000 may be permitted, in addition to the funding recognized for projects presented individually. In any case, the financing granted cannot exceed 90% of the expenses incurred and reported.
