The tender of the municipality of Ruvo del Monte is financed in accordance with the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 09.24.2020 which defines, for each of the years from 2020 to 2022, the distribution methods, the terms, the access methods and reporting of contributions to municipalities, from the fund.
Who is it aimed at?
The municipality's initiative is aimed at small and micro businesses.
What does it predict
Municipalities can use the contribution referred to in art. 2 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 09.24.2020 for the implementation of economic support actions in favor of small and micro businesses, also with the aim of containing the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, as identified by the 2003 361/EC recommendation of the Commission, of 6 May 2003, who: a) carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in the territories of the municipalities, or undertake new economic activities in the aforementioned municipal territories; b) are duly incorporated and registered in the business register; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings. 2. The economic support actions referred to in paragraph 1 may include: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired.
