The contribution from the municipality of Casteldelci has the aim of representing direct aid to the activities, to protect the offer of goods and services and the employment level of the activities operating in the area. The resources are made available from the support fund for economic, artisanal and commercial activities for each of the years from 2020 to 2022 - year 2022.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies eligible to benefit from the contribution are: - which fall within the definition of "small and micro enterprises", according to EU rules, implemented in Italy with the Ministerial Decree of 18 April 2005; - which carry out activities in the craft and trade sector ;- with operational headquarters in the Municipality of Casteldelci;- duly established and registered in the business register; – active both on the expiry date of the notice and on the date of liquidation of the contribution, and which have continued their activity for at least six months from the date of liquidation under penalty of total revocation of the contribution itself;- which are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy and preventive composition procedures; - who have no tax liabilities towards the Municipality of Casteldelci as of 31.12.2019, in relation to the activity for which they request the contribution. If this regularization is pending, it can be remedied before submitting the contribution application, under penalty of exclusion; - who do not have criminal convictions and are not the recipients of provisions regarding the application of prevention measures; – who are not seriously guilty of false declarations in providing information to the Public Administration and for whom no conviction has been pronounced against them, with a final sentence, for any crime that determines the inability to contract with the PA; - in possession of a valid Single Contribution Regularity Document; - in compliance with the limits imposed by Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 De Minimis and not having benefited from aid pursuant to art. 54 and following of Legislative Decree 34/2020 in an amount exceeding Euro 800,000.00 (general ceiling), including the grant requested from the Municipality;
What does it predict
The provision of a non-repayable contribution is expected for each candidate and admitted company. The amount of the contribution will be calculated by proportioning the resources available to the organization to the individual scores obtained by each person admitted to the ranking (€11,236.00/sum of scores of admitted candidates * single score of each admitted candidate). The overall contribution will be paid up to a maximum of Euro 2,500.00 for each applicant company; in the event that the calculation of the contribution, based on the score assigned, exceeds this threshold, the excess amount will be divided among the other candidates admitted to the ranking.
