With this announcement, the Municipality of Piuro intends to support commercial and artisanal economic activities, micro small businesses registered in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce for the year 2021, defining the access methods, the terms, reporting of contributions and establishing the criteria and the conditions for the granting of non-repayable contributions. The municipality of Piuro, in line with the Ministerial provisions, intends to support the provisions of the Official Gazette no. 302 of 4 December 2020, providing that the interventions referred to in this Notice can be aimed at supporting economic activities located in the municipal territory.
Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries of the contribution to companies carrying out commercial activities (article 39 of Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, n. 112, art 39) or supplying food and drinks to the public, artisan companies and companies carrying out production activities of participating typical local products to the DE. CO. municipal. Agricultural entrepreneurs are eligible for the contribution, without prejudice to the requirements set out in Article 4 of the Prime Ministerial Decree, they can be recipients of contributions exclusively for carrying out commercial activities connected to the agricultural activity, or expenses intended for the sale of own products.
What does it predict
The economic support actions include non-repayable contributions up to a maximum of 80%. The following interventions are eligible: a) energy consumption fees; b) technological innovation induced by the digitalisation of online marketing and remote sales processes; c) initiatives that facilitate restructuring, modernisation, expansion through innovation of product and process of economic activities; d) initiatives for innovation, renewal of instrumental equipment and furnishings for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, including the masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired. The expected contribution, for admitted and financed applications, will start from a minimum of 50% and may reach a maximum of 80% of the total eligible expenditure net of VAT. The maximum amount of the contribution, net of VAT, is set at €3,500.00. The minimum investment/spend, net of VAT, is set at €1,000.00.
