The identified objective is to support tourist activities located in the mountain municipalities of band A of the ski areas of the Marche Region, as defined in the DGR n. 840 of 05 July 2021, particularly affected by the lack of snow in the very high season period from 1 November 2022 to 15 January 2023.

What does it predict

The relief consists of a compensation for a decrease in turnover or fees that contribute to the formation of the turnover (pursuant to art. 20 Presidential Decree 633/72), as emerging from the VAT return, included in the period from 1 November 2022 as of 15 January 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year as long as it is at least 30%.
