With the tender in question we proceed with the identification of the subject to whom to grant free of charge: - the complex of municipal premises, and the related external space in front, identified on the floor below (also external part) (entrance located near the n. 59 of Vico San Francesco) of the "Covered Market" structure; - only the external part in front of the rooms located on the upper floor of the "Covered Market" structure; for the start-up of a hospitality business, specifically a "Predominantly Evening”, and recognize the contribution for the costs of restructuring the aforementioned premises, with the concessionaire assuming the operational risk linked to commercial management and the burden of purchasing equipment and management. Among the results envisaged by the notice, there is also that of encouraging the start-up of a new commercial activity, and in particular catering, and at the same time leveraging the importance of local gastronomy as an effective means of promoting the territory and its typical productions and as a means of contrasting the marginality of the territory.
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at economic operators in the Municipality of Muro Lucano, who will have to present a specific project containing a description of the activities to be carried out at the property with an attached sheet of redevelopment and improvement interventions on the system containing an economic quantification of the same.
What does it predict
The announcement provides support for the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets to be granted on free loan for use to natural or legal persons, for the opening of commercial, artisanal or professional activities for a period of five years from the date resulting from the declaration of commencement of activity.
