The Ferrara and Ravenna Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Chamber of Commerce) intends to support promotional initiatives whose implementation is recognized as a factor of development and attractiveness for the local socio-economic system. The support of the Chamber of Commerce is assured, in the form of contributions aimed at the competitiveness of businesses and the attractiveness of the territory, taking place in the territory of the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna, in the period between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 , pursuant to the "Regulations for the granting of contributions, subsidies, financial aid and the attribution of economic advantages in accordance with article 12 of law no. 241/1990, and subsequent amendments", approved with resolution of the Chamber of Commerce Council no. 10 of 10 May 2024, hereinafter referred to as the "General Regulation". The resources allocated to the intervention amount to 100,000.00 euros.
Who is it aimed at?
The following are eligible for the benefits referred to in this announcement: A) public and public law bodies; B) private bodies and organizations with widespread interests in the business and professional system or in civil society components, not having as their purpose the distribution of any profits to the members, such as, by way of example: consortia or consortium companies, associations aimed at valorising the territory or its particular areas, foundations and cultural associations, etc.; C) bodies, organizations and various subjects in whose administration and/or control it participates the Chamber of Commerce; D) private law bodies/subjects which for the specific initiative or project do not pursue profit-making purposes or direct entrepreneurial exploitation, but act to pursue the economic development of the territory.
What does it predict
The measure provides for the disbursement of a non-repayable contribution towards expenses incurred and invoiced in the period between 1 January 2024 and up to the deadline for final reporting. Invoices must be paid by the date of presentation of the report, the deadline for which is set at 31 March 2025. The amount of co-financing cannot exceed 50% of the budgeted and eligible expenses net of VAT (if deductible), up to a maximum of 8,000.00 euros. In order to be eligible for the contribution, the total expenses, net of VAT (if deductible), must not be less than 10,000.00 euros. Financial support can be granted exclusively to initiatives, projects and activities characterized by specificity or uniqueness and which constitute factors of attraction, qualification and strengthening of the local economic system and the territory.
