This intervention aims to support the operation of cinemas located in the regional territory of Campania.
Who is it aimed at?
Subjects who carry out business activities with primary or secondary ATECO (or equivalent NACE Rev. 2) code 59.14 (cinema projection activity) with headquarters in one of the states belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA), even new ones, can apply. incorporation, under any legal form, including associations and foundations, where they carry out a business activity duly registered in the Business Register with the ATECO code 59.14.
What does it predict
Contributions are granted for the activities of single-screen cinemas or single screens in multiplex structures, located in the regional territory of Campania, which meet the following requirements: a) take place for a minimum number of 120 days over the year 2023; b) ensure that at least 50% of the total screenings of the single or multiplex screen are reserved for the screening of arthouse films and/or productions that have benefited from a contribution from the Campania Region. The available resources (€700,000.00) are assigned through the automatic allocation procedure. The accumulation of contributions granted to a single applicant who applies for more than one structure and/or for more than one screen cannot in any case exceed the maximum amount of €50,000.00. The eligible expenses are those strictly connected to the activity carried out, directly attributable to it, directly incurred by the applicant and appropriately documented, referring to the time period between 1 January and 31 December 2023
