The Piedmont Region promotes the implementation of interventions to prevent and combat the phenomena of usury, extortion and over-indebtedness, through the establishment of a dedicated Fund.

Who is it aimed at?

The incentive is aimed at over-indebted individuals in possession of a court approval order who have their residence or registered office and operational headquarters in the Piedmont area.

What does it predict

The provision of a non-repayable contribution to support the path out of the state of over-indebtedness. The benefit consists in the granting of a non-repayable contribution of Euro 4,000.00 to be made available to the procedure and to be included among the asset items contained in the proposal and to be paid upon approval of the proposal itself.
