Announcement for the provision of non-repayable contributions in favor of micro and small artisan and commercial businesses located in the territory of the Municipality of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo from the support fund for economic activities in the internal areas for the 2021 year.
Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro businesses carried out in the commercial and artisanal sectors are eligible to benefit from the contribution, identified as below by the co-presence of the following requirements: a) they carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo , or have undertaken new economic activities in the municipal territory during the 2021 calendar year; b) are duly established and registered in the business register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of presentation of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy or subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures or equivalent situations; d) have legal representatives, administrators (with or without powers of representation) and shareholders for whom there are no causes of prohibition , forfeiture, suspension provided for by the art. 67D. Legislative Decree 6 September 2011, n. 159 (Code of anti-mafia laws) and for which no final conviction has been pronounced, or a criminal decree of irrevocable conviction has been issued, or a sentence applying the penalty upon request, pursuant to art. 444 of the code of criminal procedure, for crimes against the public administration and for crimes against property which have resulted in a prison sentence exceeding 2 years; e) are in a situation of regular contributions and social security (DURC); the contribution and social security situation of subjects admitted to regularly respected installment plans is considered regular; f) they are up to date with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the Municipality of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo on the date of submission of the application of contribution - anyone who has had access to the installment procedures and is up to date with the relevant payments is not considered to be in a debt position. Agricultural activities are excluded from the contribution, even with reference to activities connected to the main agricultural activity.
