Public notice for non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Adrara San Rocco for the 2022 year, in implementation of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020 on the distribution, terms, methods of access and reporting of contributions to municipalities of the internal areas, from the Support Fund for economic, artisanal and commercial activities for each of the years from 2020 to 2022 published in the Official Journal no. 302 of 4 December 2020.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro-enterprises - referred to in the decree* of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: • carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Adrara San Rocco or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory; • are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; • are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy procedures bankruptcy or composition with creditors.
What does it predict
Disbursement of a contribution, granted in the form of a non-repayable fund, as a percentage according to the following criteria: -50% of the amount of expenses incurred and reported, up to a maximum of €5,000.00 (for example: contribution of €5,000.00 in case of expenses incurred equal to or greater than €10,000.00; - contribution of €2,500.00 in case of expenses incurred equal to €5,000.00). Type of eligible expenses: - current expenses relating to: a) utilities (gas, electricity and water) b) rental fees for the property where the business is carried out.
