Public notice for the granting of non-repayable contributions to micro and small businesses.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisanal enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Campagnatico; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings; d) are up to date with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Campagnatico on the expiry date of the notice. In the case of any pending matters, the debt positions must be regularized before the expiry of the notice, under penalty of forfeiture of the benefits and/or the application of the substitutive intervention; e) they are in compliance with the anti-mafia legislation, certifying the absence of causes of prohibition, suspension or forfeiture provided for by the art. 67 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2011 n.159 (Anti-Mafia Code). The companies involved or their legal representatives must not have been convicted with a final sentence, or not have been the recipient of a criminal conviction decree that has become irrevocable or a sentence applying the penalty upon request, pursuant to art. 444 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for crimes serious to the detriment of the State or the Community which affects the professional morality of the legal representative. Economic activities with the following ATECO codes are excluded from the benefit referred to in this provision: 47.11 – 47.21 – 47.22 -47.23 – 47.24 – 47.25 -47.29 – 47.81 – 10.71.1 – 47.73 – 47.52.20 – 47.78.6 – 47.26. 00
What does it predict
The provision of the non-refundable contribution relates to the following areas of intervention: 1) restructuring, modernisation, expansion for product and process innovation of commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalisation of online marketing processes and distance selling; 2) purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired; 3) Non-repayable contributions for management costs.
