Public tender for the provision of non-repayable contributions for economic support for commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the municipality of Borgocarbonara
Who is it aimed at?
To small and micro businesses that carry out commercial and artisanal activities in the municipal territory with the following requirements: a) fewer than 50 employees; b) annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding 10 million euros; c) which, on the date of submission of the application, they carry out economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan businesses) or have undertaken new economic activities in the municipal area; are duly established and registered in the business register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application. d) if the company is in the commercial sector, it must have a prevalent or primary ATECO code from 45.11 to 47.99 and for bar and restaurant activities an ATECO code of L 55.10 to 56.30; e) if the company is an artisan company, it must be registered in the Register of artisan companies; f) having suffered a drop in turnover between 2019 and 2021 of at least 5% - (admission requirement); g) which are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy procedures or arrangements with creditors, compulsory administrative or voluntary liquidation and which do not have ongoing disputes with social security institutions; h) which are up to date with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions against the Municipality of Borgocarbonara. If the applicant has residual debts, the contribution will be paid as compensation up to the amount due. Written notice will be given of this compensation.
What does it predict
The Municipality of Borgocarbonara recognizes a one-off non-refundable contribution in favor of small and micro businesses that carry out commercial and artisanal activities in the municipal territory, also through an operational unit.
