The announcement includes a non-repayable contribution provided for by art. 1, paragraph 1, of the legislative decree of 27 January 2022, n. 4 which consists in the recognition, by the Revenue Agency, of a sum of money, in favor of the subjects whose business was closed as a result of the prevention measures to avoid the spread of the "Covid-19" epidemic
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at all subjects who mainly carry out the activity identified by the ATECO 2007 code “93.29.10 – Discos, dance halls, nightclubs and similar”. The contribution is due to subjects for whom: - the VAT number must have been activated before 27 January 2022; – the main activity carried out on 27 January 2022 and communicated with form AA7/AA9 to the Revenue Agency is identified by the Ateco 2007 code “93.29.10 – Discos, dance halls, nightclubs and similar”
