Public notice for non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Rancio Valcuvia
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which:• carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the of artisanal enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Rancio Valcuvia; • they are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisanal enterprises, in the Register of artisanal enterprises and are active at the moment of the submission of the application;• they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures;• they are up to date with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Rancio Valcuvia on the date of submission of the application; in the case of any pending debts, the debt positions must be regularized before submitting the contribution application, under penalty of forfeiture of the same

This Notice provides for the provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses, referring to the year 2021.
