Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the register of Artisan enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Grantola or which undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory;¿ are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan enterprises, in the Register of artisan enterprises and are active at the time of submission of the application;¿ are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; Pursuant to current legislation, a Small Business is defined as: A Small Business is one which:¿ has less than 50 employees¿ has an annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10,000,000 (both requirements must be met) Micro Enterprise A Micro Enterprise is one which:¿ has fewer than 10 employees¿ has an annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €2,000,000 (both requirements must be met)

The scope of this notice concerns the provision of non-repayable contributions for the management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Grantola
