Also in order to support those affected economically by the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, the Municipality of Norbello recognizes a non-repayable contribution in favor of small and micro businesses that carry out commercial and artisanal activities also through an operational unit located in the municipal territory . The economic support actions referred to in this notice will be more precisely provided in favor of small and micro enterprises, as identified by the Commission recommendation 2003 361/EC of 6 May 2003.> Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020
Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro enterprises in the commercial and artisanal sector based in the Municipality of Norbello are eligible to benefit from the contribution, identified as follows by the co-presence of the following three requirements: a) small and micro enterprises in the commercial and artisanal sector that carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Norbello; b) small and micro enterprises in the commercial and artisanal sector which are regularly established and registered in the business register; c) small and micro enterprises in the commercial and artisanal sector which are not in state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures.
What does it predict
1. The allocation of the contribution for the Municipality of Norbello, relating to the year 2022, is equal to 18,730.24 euros and will be entirely subject to distribution for the disbursement of non-repayable economic contributions.2. The amount of the economic contribution recognized for each activity will be determined on the basis of the reports of the management costs faced in the 2022 year and presented by them, providing however for a maximum payable amount of €2,000.00 for each small or micro business.3. the maximum amount payable cannot in any case exceed the overall amount identified by the sum of the management costs actually incurred in the reference year;
