The Campania Region, with Regional Council Resolution no. 544 of 30/11/2021, provided for a relief intervention in the form of a one-off non-repayable contribution to meet the financial needs of MSMEs located within the Commercial Districts (as per DGR no. 387/2021) using the Fund “Urgent measures regarding support for businesses and economic operators, work, health and territorial services, connected to the COVID-19 emergency” (referred to in art. 26 of the legislative decree of 22 March 2021, n. 41 ).
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined in Annex I of Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014 located within the territorial scope of the Commercial District formally recognized and registered in the respective list of the Campania Region on the date of publication of the Notice in question on the BURC, which carry out retail trade activities identified by the following classification codes of economic activities ATECO 2007: 47.19, 47.30, 47.43, all activities of groups 47.5, and 47.6, 47.71, 47.72, 47.75, 47.76, 47.77, 47.78, 47.79, 47.82, 47.89 and 47.99.
What does it predict
The measure consists of a one-off contribution, as compensation and without reporting constraints, to the maximum extent of the decrease in revenues suffered in the 2020 year compared to the 2019 year. The aid is granted under the de minimis regime. The amount of the contribution cannot be quantified before the closing of the announcement as all formally eligible applications are taken into consideration in order to calculate the contribution due to each individual. Each company is entitled to only one contribution.
