Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro businesses operating in the commercial and artisanal sectors based in the Municipality of Orotelli, which meet the following requirements, are eligible to benefit from the contribution: a. small and micro businesses in the commercial and artisanal sector located in the territory of the Municipality of Orotelli which are duly established and registered in the business register; b. which are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; c. in compliance with the payments of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Orotelli; d. in compliance with the payment of contributions (so-called contributory regularity);
