Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro enterprises, also with a view to containing the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, as identified by Commission Recommendation 2003 361/EC of 6 May 2003, which: a) carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in territory of the municipality of Novate Mezzola, or undertake new economic activities in the aforementioned municipal territories; b) are duly incorporated and registered in the business register; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive agreement.
What does it predict
Implementation of economic support actions in favor of small and micro businesses, also in order to contain the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, which may include: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through attribution to businesses of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new acquired production plants.
