With this Notice, the Tuscany Region intends to support the resumption of the activities of companies affected by the meteorological events referred to in the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of 3 November and 5 December 2023. In particular, the objective pursued by the Tuscany Region is achieved through the concession of benefits in the form of non-repayable and capital grants in implementation of the art. 5. “Extraordinary contribution for non-agricultural economic and productive activities” of Regional Law 51/2023 “Urgent measures to support the communities and territories of the Tuscany Region affected by recent emergency events” and of DGR n. 271 of 11/03/2024 "Approval of essential elements for interventions in favor of businesses damaged by the meteorological events of October and November 2023. Implementation of LR 51/2023".
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients are: - MSMEs, as defined in Annex I of Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014 and subsequent amendments - Professionals with registered office and/or local unit in Tuscany, operating in all economic sectors identified by DGR n. 1155 of 9/10/2023 which:1) are active on the date of the calamitous event (29.10.2023 for the provinces of Lucca and Massa Carrara, 2.11.2023 for the remaining territories);2) are located in the Municipalities identified by the Ordinances commissioners no. 98 of 15 November 2023, n. 128 of 22 December 2023, n.129 of 22-12-2023 and following. mm.ii and/or who have suffered damage during the exercise of their activity in the aforementioned municipalities; 3) have been damaged following the events referred to in the aforementioned resolutions of the Council M. - Other subjects (such as associations, foundations, committees and other non-corporate entities carrying out an economic activity) classified in the aforementioned economic activities.
What does it predict
The benefit is granted in the form of a non-repayable and capital grant pursuant to Reg. (EU) 2831/2023 "de minimis". The aid intensity is 100% within the maximum grantable amount of Euro 5,000.00.
