Within the scope of the development contracts facilitation instrument it is possible to support the implementation of investment projects in the sector of the transformation and marketing of agricultural products, in application of the provisions of the SA.107569/RFF 2023 aid scheme (approved by the European Commission on 4 October 2023).
Who is it aimed at?
The incentive is intended for companies of any size, including those carrying out primary agricultural activities, and operating throughout the national territory, which intend to carry out investment projects concerning the sector of transformation and marketing of agricultural products.
What does it predict
The granting of financial benefits in the form of a contribution towards plant and/or subsidized financing, within the limits of the following maximum intensities: a) 40% for large companies, 50% for medium-sized companies and 60% for small businesses relating to projects carried out in the areas of the national territory eligible for the exemption referred to in the art. 107, paragraph 3, letter a), of the TFEU, as identified by the Regional State Aid Charter valid for the period 2022-2027; b) 30% for large companies, 40% for medium-sized companies and 50% for small businesses relating to projects carried out in the remaining areas of the national territory.
