This is support for businesses which includes: - the granting of contributions, up to a maximum of 20,000 euros for projects lasting 12 months, supported by a union agreement and aimed at implementing projects for the reorganization of working hours aimed at encouraging work-life balance and/or gender valorisation in the workplace; - the release of the Più Valore Certification Mark, by the Employment Agency, to employers adhering to the Family-Audit certification process who are committed to policies aimed at promote more equal representation between genders by carrying out targeted actions in terms of equal opportunities.
Who is it aimed at?
- The recipients of the initiative are: - for the granting of contributions: private sector employers with registered or operational headquarters in the province of Trento; - for the Più Valore brand: private sector employers with operational registered office in the Province of Trento, adhering to the Family Audit certification process.
What does it predict
The incentive includes: - granting of a contribution up to a maximum of 20,000 euros - release of the Più Valore Certification Mark
