The support for musical productions aims in particular to develop the cultural heritage of musical production by further integrating a territory characterized by strong cultural specificities, the strengthening of Alto Adige as a place of musical production and the promotion of the development of professions related to it. The contribution for the production and economic use of musical works is granted as “de minimis” aid pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of the Commission, of 13 December 2023.
Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries of the contributions provided for by these criteria are natural persons and businesses in possession of a VAT or value added tax identification number, UID, in particular: - professional musicians; - musical groups; - performers; - freelancers, workers and self-employed workers who operate in the music sector according to the classification of economic activities ATECO Code 59.20, 90.01, 90.02, 90.03, 90.04; - Music sector companies registered in the Register of Companies of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture in compliance with current legislation, provided that at the time of the request a valid contract exists with a professional.
What does it predict
Projects for the production and economic exploitation of musical works characterized by the following phases are eligible: - Pre-production and development of musical works (composition, arrangement); - Recording (production of audio and video supports, pressing etc., mixing and mastering , digitization, professional studio recordings and audiovisual recordings;- Post-production (Distribution of musical works, concerts, tours, promotion). Even a single phase can be financed provided that a high-quality overall musical project is presented.
