The objective of the Measure is to encourage access to credit for SMEs and freelancers who have headquarters or local operational units located in the regional territory, through the establishment of a specific Risk Fund, at the credit guarantee consortia (Confidi) with headquarters or local operational unit in the regional territory for the granting of sureties in favor of the aforementioned subjects
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of aid in the form of guarantees are SMEs and freelancers
What does it predict
The granting of surety guarantees, through Confidi, in favor of SMEs and freelancers to facilitate access to credit by them for the implementation of the following types of intervention: a) productive and infrastructural investments; b) needs of working capital, inventories and liquidity; c) financial rebalancing for the renegotiation of existing loans, repayment of credit lines and adoption of debt repayment plans (provided that the SME is not a company in difficulty)
