Who is it aimed at?

To companies, subject networks and individuals carrying out freelance professions operating in the regional territory who join, as members, the collective credit guarantee bodies - Confidi of the autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta

What does it predict

The contributions referred to in regional law 21/2011 are aimed at reducing the interest connected to loans taken out with financial intermediaries affiliated with the Consortiums and to loans granted directly by the Consortiums themselves, in relation to the investment operations referred to in the art. 4 of the same law. They consist of a direct cash grant calculated ex post, to a maximum extent of 75%, and are granted under the "de minimis" regime in accordance with current community legislation.
