Supporting the commercial and service activities present in the Urban Commerce District (DUC): it is the first 'intervention' among those planned by the Municipal Administration, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Confcommercio, to relaunch the shops and enhance their urban context DUC.
Who is it aimed at?
The companies to which the tender is addressed must:1. be MSMEs pursuant to Annex 1 of EU Regulation no. 651/2014;2. be registered in the Company Register and be active;3. Alternatively (A or B)• A) have a local unit, or commit to opening, within 90 days of the publication of the ranking, a local unit, which is located within the territorial scope of the Commerce District and which: -has a shop window on the street or is located on the ground floor of the buildings or inside the courtyards; -has premises directly accessible to the public, where an activity of: • retail sale of goods and/or services • administration of food and drinks• provision of personal services or B) be the owner of commercial activities in a public area on concession parking within the territorial scope of the District (Via Oslavia market) and which satisfies the requirements referred to in points 1 and 2;
What does it predict
The following types of expenditure are eligible for benefits for which, where required by law or municipal administrative acts, the relevant title for their realization has been requested or issued: • redevelopment and modernization, with a view to innovation and sustainability, of already existing activities• start of new activities or opening of new local units, or takeover of a new owner at an existing activity• access, connection and integration of the company with common infrastructures and services offered by the District or participation in the creation of such infrastructures and common services.
