non-refundable contributions to Piedmontese artisan businesses for participation in national and international fairs taking place in Italy. The fair for participation in which the regional contribution is requested must be included among those indicated in Annex 2 of the notice and must take place between the sixtieth day following the submission of the application and 31 December 2024.
Who is it aimed at?
Artisan businesses, registered in the Business Register which, at the time of submitting the application and disbursement of the contribution, have the following requirements: a) be duly established and registered in the Business Register at the Chamber of Commerce competent for the territory in Piedmont, with active operational headquarters in Piedmont; b) possess the annotation of the qualification of artisan enterprise reported in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce; c) not to have committed crimes for which the disqualification sanction referred to in the art. 9, paragraph 2, letter. d) of Legislative Decree 231/2001, entailing the exclusion from benefits, financing, contributions or subsidies and the possible revocation of those already granted; d) not being subjected to insolvency proceedings and not being in a state of bankruptcy, of liquidation, including voluntary, controlled administration, composition with creditors or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; e) be up to date with contributions and social security payments (DURC); f) carry out the main activity (ATECO code 2007) in all sectors admitted by the "De minimis" regulation and therefore not falling within the economic activities excluded or admitted with limitations based on Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023 "De minimis";g) not having requested/received other contributions for the same eligible expenses referred to in this notice, respecting the ceiling for "de minimis" aid that a single company can receive in the three-year period corresponding to €300,000.00; There is a ban on cumulation with other public aid (under the de minimis regime and/or not notified to the European Union) granted for the same eligible costs or with State aid relating to the same measure which, when added to the contribution granted, exceeds the established ceiling.
What does it predict
Granting of a non-repayable contribution of between 2,000 and 5,000 euros towards the expenses incurred for participation in the fair. Only participation as a direct exhibitor, owner of the exhibition area, in an in-person manner is permitted. The company benefiting from the contribution has the obligation to provide evidence of the concession by displaying adequate communication on the exhibition stand, under penalty of revocation of the granted contribution. The contribution must refer to expenses pertaining to the stand consisting of: registration fee, exhibition area (stall), set-up. The contribution covers the amount of the invoices of the fair organization (deposit and balance) and of any external fitter authorized by the fair organization, net of VAT and other taxes and duties. All expenses must be incurred after submission of the application and the accounting documents must include the CUP code, otherwise they will be inadmissible. The items of expenditure incurred must be indicated in the contract signed with the fair organization and must be reported in the application.
