Public notice, implementing the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020, for non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by economic, commercial and artisanal activities operating in the Municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisanal enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) are companies in compliance with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Monteleone d'Orvieto on the date of submission of the application; in the case of any pending debts, the debt positions must be regularized before submitting the application for contributions, under penalty of forfeiture of the same; e) are companies in compliance with the payment of social security contributions.
What does it predict
The provision of non-refundable contributions relates to the following areas of intervention: 1) management costs; 2) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and the new production plants acquired. The application must be sent by certified email to the Municipality address comune.monteleonedorvieto@postacert.umbria.it or by registered mail and must be received no later than 12.00 on 03.25.2024.
