Granting of contributions in favor of private individuals and owners of economic and productive activities pursuant to article 1, paragraph 448, of law 30 December 2021, n. 234, in relation to the calamitous events that occurred in the years 2019 and 2020. The incentive is governed by the Ordinances of the Head of the Civil Protection Department - OCDPC: 1.009/2023 - 932/2022 - 622/2019 - November 2019 - Veneto Region.
Who is it aimed at?
The contributions are intended for the productive activities that responded to the reconnaissance carried out on the occasion of the exceptional meteorological events which affected the territory of the Veneto Region from 12 November 2019 as per OCDPC 622/2019.
What does it predict
Contributions to compensate for damage caused to economic and productive activities pursuant to art. 25 c.2 lett. e) of Legislative Decree 1/2018.
