The Notice, approved on 26 January 2024, provides for the granting of non-repayable contributions in favor of micro and small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs who will open a new business (registered and operational headquarters) in one of the following streets of the Municipality of Figline and Incisa Valdarno within 6 months from the date of the provision granting the contribution. - Figline: Corso Matteotti, Corso Mazzini, Piazza M. Ficino, piazza Averani, via Santa Croce, via XXIV Maggio, P.zza Bonechi, piazza IV Novembre, piazza Lord Baden Powell , piazza San Francesco, piazza B. Bianchi, via Brunone Bianchi, via Fabbrini, piazza Dante, Morelli gardens, via Castelguinelli, via Forese, via Oberdan, via San Domenico, Piazza Serristori, via Magherini Graziani, via San Lorenzo, via Frittelli, Piazza Don Bosco, the alleys present there (Della Bruciatoia, Calugi, Mazzanti, Libri, Torsellini, Meneghino and Guinelli); - Engraved: via Petrarca, piazza del Municipio, piazza Gramsci, piazza Nannoni, piazza della Libertà, piazza dell'Unità d Italy, Piazza della Repubblica, Lungarno Matteotti, Piazza Santa Lucia, Piazza Auzzi, Via XX Settembre, Via Olimpia, Via La Pira, Piazza Capanni, Via Roma up to and including house number 71. Companies with operational headquarters in the municipality of Figline and Incisa Valdarno can also participate in the tender if, after the publication of the provision approving this tender (26 January 2024), they will transfer their operational headquarters or open a local unit (operational headquarters) in a of the above methods within 6 months from the date of the provision granting the contribution.
Who is it aimed at?

What does it predict
The contribution will amount to 90% of the expenses referred to in the art. 4, net of VAT, up to a maximum of €6,000.00. The following types of expenses are eligible for the contribution, net of VAT: • costs incurred for setting up the business (such as expenses for the notary, the accountant, the surveyor, etc.) within the limit of 50% of the amount of the parcel /invoice net of VAT, stamp duty and duties; • purchase of capital goods, machinery, equipment, furniture, removable structures (i.e. not brickwork) consistent with the business activity; • general electrical, water or technological systems, plasterboard works, false ceilings, (new or adapted for carrying out the business activity or for compliance with safety regulations); • purchase and development of management, professional and other software business applications consistent with entrepreneurial activity; • rental costs for the premises for four months, calculated on the basis of the monthly rent resulting from the duly registered rental contract; the maximum eligible expense amounts to €3,000.00; • expenses for external beautification and aesthetic interventions (such as renovating dehors, signs, curtains, lighting, flower boxes, etc.).
